Payment
We currently accept
MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We also, accept personal checks and
money orders. We charge $15.00 return check fee for checks returned to
us for insufficient funds. New,
we now accept payment through Pay Pal!
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped via UPS
ground or USPS within one to four days after receiving
payment, however, there are some exceptions. Please allow two to four
weeks for delivery. Call for shipping prices. Rush orders are
for In - Plant Rush only. If you need Express delivery you must
call for Shipping options and prices.
Grill'it Limited Warranty
The Prospector Grill'it is warranted against
defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of
purchase. This does not include minor imperfections or blemishes. No other
warranties are either expressed or implied.
Manufacturer will not be obligated to
replace or repair skillets which have been altered or repaired by someone
other than the manufacturer.
Manufacturer will not be held liable
for damage caused by or to said product, due to abuse, misuse, or improper
handling and storage.
All returns must be made directly to
the manufacturer and be approved before shipping. You must provide
the original sales receipt as proof of purchase and shipping must be
prepaid. Defects will be corrected by repair or replacement, as
determined by the manufacturer for as long as the warranty period is in
affect.
Prospector Stove Limited Warranty
The Prospector Camp Stove is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Paint Finish is not covered by this warranty. No other warranties are either expressed or implied.

International Orders
We are unable to process
international orders at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience
this may cause. We hope to be able to process international orders in
the future.
